Project Description

Highway Construction personnel have direct managed various Minor Improvement Works in the North Metropolitan Area of Perth since 2001 on behalf of Best Roads Group as part of TNC 8/99. Highway Construction is a 1/3rd partner in Best Roads Group. 

A unique challenge of the works involves operating in highly trafficked urban areas, which necessitates complex traffic management solutions and ensuring the public is informed in a timely and proper manner.

Various MIW's completed:

• The $2.5 million modifications to the section of West Coast Highway between and including modifications to the intersections of West Coast Highway / Scarborough Beach Road and West Coast Highway / Manning Street.
• The $1.9 million upgrade of the Morley Drive / McGilvray Avenue intersection in Morley.
• The $1 million extension and improvements to the Apple Street road train assembly area in Bullsbrook.
