Highway Construction is currently managing civil works on the large scale Sino Iron Project in the remote Pilbara Region for the client Citic Pacific Mining Management.

The works involve the construction of a staggered intersection with North West Coastal Highway for Red River Road and East West Road, and the construction of a permanent access road to the mine site village. The Sino Iron Project is located at Cape Preston in north west Western Australia, approximately 60km South West of Karratha.

The works are being conducted whilst maintaining access for mine site traffic and protecting areas of Aboriginal heritage.
